    Our client is looking for a Project Manager who excels in fast-paced settings and can simplify complexity. They operate in the digital marketing space and will only consider candidates who have experience in a digital marketing organization, managing projects such as website development, campaigns, or SEO. You will serve as a liaison between design, development, and digital teams. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead cross-functional builds of marketing websites and custom web tools from kickoff through launch Translate project goals into technical requirements and sprint-ready tasks Facilitate collaboration across strategy, design, and development teams to deliver cohesive builds Work closely with developers to manage tickets, timelines, blockers, and QA cycles Run stand-ups, sprint planning, and dev handoffs to keep teams aligned Track feature sets, change requests, and scope creep to protect timelines and budgets Coordinate staging, testing, approvals, and deployment with internal teams and clients Liaison with vendors and third-party partners for integrations, platforms, or environments Manage post-launch support, enhancement requests, and maintenance planning Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout every stage Manage the flow of digital deliverables across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics Translate campaign strategies into executable tasks across creative and technical teams Oversee content calendar execution, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization timelines Collaborate with media teams on paid campaign launches, UTM tracking, and landing pages Ensure assets are delivered on time: metadata, ads, blogs, reports, dashboards, and more Track deliverables against monthly scopes and provide transparency on task status Work across cross-functional pods to support full-funnel marketing activations Own QA and approvals for SEO, content, and digital marketing work Manage ongoing retainers with a proactive lens toward optimization and accountability Own capacity planning and resource allocation across the full digital team Manage and continuously optimize Project Management applications Forecast team workload and adjust tasking to meet delivery and margin targets Monitor time tracking, budget burn, and task efficiency across accounts Lead weekly production and pipeline meetings to drive alignment and accountability Flag misalignments early and escalate risks with clear options and next steps Keep internal and external teams informed with timely, structured updates Plan for short-term deliverables while balancing long-term resourcing needs REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of digital project management experience in an agency or production environment Experience managing website projects (especially WordPress), custom dev, and multi-channel campaigns Strong understanding of SEO and paid media workflows (search, social, display, email) Proven ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and scope across multiple workstreams Adept at running sprints, dev handoffs, QA cycles, and client communication Experience with project management toolsTeamwork preferred Strong grasp of margin tracking, resource planning, and capacity management Excellent communicator who keeps teams aligned, informed, and moving forward Problem-solver who finds a way through challenges without losing momentum Ability to work with external vendors, freelancers, and partners as needed to deliver ADDITIONAL: This is a full-time role with a digital marketing agency in the greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate closely with end users, and ensure Salesforce is a stable, secure, and high-performing system. Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations. Experience with version control (ie. BitBucketGit), CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Salesforce DevOps), and sandbox deployment pipelines. Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I is strongly preferred. Strong solutioning skills: able to understand business problems, challenge assumptions, and propose scalable designs. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and process efficiency. Proactive ownership of platform reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple teams. NICE TO HAVES: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, marketing tools). Experience in healthcare, medical groups, or similar regulated environments is a plus. Read Less
