Work for the highly rated Ono Hawaiian Plates in the Nortloop District of Minneapolis. Linecooks are required to show efficiencies in knife skills, Sautee, grilling, frying and be able to handle multiple tasks under busy conditions. This position also requires the willingness to cross into other stations, including prep and dishwashing as needs arise.
