Job Details
The Plumber will play a key part in AWS Family by working with various clients and colleagues on a day-to-day basis installing and servicing proprietary plumbing devices to fulfill sales orders. A successful candidate would enjoy working in a fast-passed environment, be detail-oriented with experience in commercial applications and maintaining professional customer relations.
We are a team-focused organization who has had many of our Plumbers seen their careers flourish because of the tools we invest in, training and development we provide and the guidance from our leadership team.

Plumber License/ JourneymanExperience in the commercial/industrial plumbing and related plumbing infrastructureValid Drivers license with a clean driver’s abstractExperience with the installation/service of PRV’s/Backflow preventers and booster pumpsBe welcoming and determined to develop rapport with clients and colleaguesStrong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot, make decisions and work under pressureAct with integrity and uphold the highest professional and ethical standardsGreat time management skills and drive to meet sale order objectivesStrong communication skills, accountable, and respectful.Open to training, building skillset and continuous improvementWhat We Offer

Conduct site inspections, water pressure tests and review of plumbing infrastructureComplete job site planning, parts and labour estimates.Install and service proprietary plumbing device (SMART VALVETM)Liaise with customers to support onsite logistics and product educationCoordinate and maintain inventory of equipment and materials to support demandMust be able to work overtime occasionally to meet customer needsResponsible for job site operations in compliance with all established polices and procedures including Health & Safety protocolsCommunicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and mentors to ensure your operating as ONE team to support ONE missionApply today and be part of our team-focused environment!
