• Previous experience in roofing/construction is a plus
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Prior construction experience is a plus
• Willing to work hard and get along with others
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Comfortable with hot environments and working at heights
• Assist Journeymen and team members as directed
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and following safety guidelines
• Ability to carry 50+ pounds when required
• Ability to climb ladders
