· Act as the first point of contact for clients following a service request.
· Conduct virtual site surveys to collect essential data (entry protocols, hardware locations, and site-specific safety requirements).
· Ensure clients are aware of their scheduled window and any preparation needed on their end.
· Support the dispatch calendar, matching technician skill sets and locations with specific job requirements.
· Coordinate multi-site rollouts or one-off emergency repairs.

· Maintain meticulous records within the company ticketing system.
· Ensure all client communication, site photos, and technical notes are uploaded and linked to the correct work orders.
