    Position Purpose:

    The Production Planning and Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, managing inventory levels, supporting cost reduction initiatives, and maintaining efficient production flow.     Essential Duties of Production Planning and Inventory Control Coordinator:

    To work with managers to meet the business plan and the goals of company and departmental scorecards. Multiple roles and responsibilities in the following list are expected in this job, which are assigned  by the manager:

    Production Planning 

    Determine production items and assign operators.

    Manage subcontractors by calculating shipping volumes and coordinating schedules for secondary processing.

    Monitor assembly inventory and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure production flow.

    Order materials in quantities sufficient to maintain continuous machine operation.

    Maintain production pipeline.

    Coordinate mold changeover timing with internal team members to minimize downtime.

    Consumable Inventory Management

    Manage consumable inventory including gloves, pallets, tape, and other supplies.

    Monitor stock levels and restock bins as needed to support operations.

    Cost Management

    Negotiate pricing for consumables and select suppliers to achieve cost savings.

    Support cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

    PLEX System Project

    Research and support implementation of the PLEX automated production management module.

    Assist in improving production efficiency through system utilization.

    General Duties:

    1. Safety and Environment

    To follow company's safety and environmental policies and programs, as well as legally mandated standards.

    To improve safety, 5S, and working environment.

    2. Quality

    Generate reports to track production performance and inventory accuracy.

    Support process consistency and operational efficiency.

    3. Cost

    Support cost-saving activities and efficient use of resources.

    Promote continuous improvement and process optimization.

    Qualification Requirements

    Minimum of three years of general office experience required in a manufacturing environment.

    Familiarity with ISO 14001 and exposure to safety management systems required.

    Senior Financial Analyst

    Position Summary:

    The Senior Financial Analyst position is a bi-lingual, (English and Japanese) hybrid role responsible for analyzing financial data to support decision-making, improve profitability, and ensure compliance with financial regulations in the manufacturing sector. Responsible for analyzing and summarizing financial and operational data. Services provided to the Management team and Business units will include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis reporting and communicating with individual business units/manufacturing locations.

    Hybrid role located in Norcross, GA, with a minimum of 2 days/week in the office and additional days as required by the role.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes and provide insights for cost-saving initiatives and operational improvement.Analyze, consolidate, and interpret monthly financial results and variances to forecasts and budgets, prepare detailed reports, highlighting variances in expenses and identifying trend in revenue and costs.Assist in the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts.Performs Business Cases (including for CAPEX request) and ad-hoc reporting.Work closely with various departmentsOther duties and projects as assigned.Minimal travel required

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.5+ years' experience in FP&A in a global, manufacturing environment.Experience supporting U.S. and foreign countries manufacturing operations.Strong knowledge of budget and forecast modeling.Accounting systems knowledge, preferably SAP.
