    Production Lead - Print Manufacturing, Los Angeles


    O’Neil Digital Solutions is hiring a Production Lead - Print Manufacturing, Los Angeles for our 2nd shift production team. We are a large-scale print manufacturing company serving Fortune 25 healthcare organizations and Fortune 500 financial services companies.     The Production Lead - Print Manufacturing, Los Angeles position is responsible for leading day-to-day production operations, supporting print manufacturing workflow, coordinating staffing and scheduling needs, maintaining quality standards, training employees, and ensuring production deadlines are met. This role is ideal for an experienced print manufacturing professional, production lead, manufacturing lead, shift lead, or print production supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Procurement experience is preferred but not required.


    Work Schedule

    Shift: 2nd Shift
    Hours: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, +OT as needed
    Days: Monday through Friday
    Overtime: Must be able to work overtime as needed

    What You’ll Do

    As a Production Lead - Print Manufacturing, Los Angeles, you will provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to employees within the assigned production shift. You will help ensure print production jobs are completed accurately, safely, efficiently, and on time.


    Key responsibilities include:

    Lead and oversee day-to-day production operations during the assigned shiftDirect employee activities to ensure clear communication, accurate workflow, and seamless operationsEnsure team members follow all production processes, procedures, priorities, and quality requirementsHelp meet customer deadlines, SLA requirements, quality standards, and productivity goalsUnderstand and monitor the full print production workflowAssess workload and determine when additional resources are neededDistribute work based on employee knowledge, skill level, and production prioritiesRead, understand, and prioritize job tickets by due date and production specificationsConfirm that all job components, materials, and production requirements are available and properly locatedEnsure all required sign-offs, shift reports, and production documentation are completed accuratelyCommunicate effectively with other shift leads during shift changeoversTrain employees on PHI recycling and secure handling proceduresAssist in training helpers, new employees, and existing team members on production operations and machinerySupport machine operators by reviewing job requirements, securing materials, and assisting with efficient setupDevelop and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production departmentPromote employee efficiency, teamwork, accountability, and morale through positive leadershipEnsure safe working conditions and enforce company safety policies and proceduresConduct visual checks of machinery and escalate equipment issues to leadership or maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform additional duties as assigned


    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for the Production Lead - Print Manufacturing, Los Angeles role will have hands-on print manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage production priorities in a fast-paced environment.


    Required qualifications:

    The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

    Position Summary

    O’Neil Digital Solutions is seeking a Client Services Manager to support our growing Financial Services vertical. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role responsible for managing strategic client relationships, overseeing daily operational execution, and supporting a small team within a fast-paced production and project environment.

    This role is ideal for a hands-on working manager who can successfully balance direct client interaction, project management responsibilities, and team oversight. The Client Services Manager will help launch and stabilize new client projects and large-scale initiatives before transitioning accounts to Senior Client Advisors for long-term management.

    The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, external client-facing project management experience, operational coordination expertise, and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.


    What You’ll Do

    Serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients within the financial services sectorBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and operational supportManage and oversee day-to-day production workflows, project execution, and service delivery activitiesLead and support a small team of approximately 3–5 team membersPartner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Production, Engineering, and Client Services teams to ensure successful project executionMonitor service levels, SLAs, KPIs, production quality, and operational timelinesHelp onboard, launch, and stabilize large projects and new client implementations before transitioning to senior leadershipTrack project tasks, timelines, escalations, and deliverables using Jira, MS Planner, MS Project, and related toolsResearch and resolve operational or production-related issues while maintaining a high level of client satisfactionMaintain reporting, project documentation, SOPs, and client communication recordsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer experience
