???? Your Mission
As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you’ll own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact.
You’ll be accountable for:
Strategy, Alignment & Road mapping for clientsClient Relationship Management and retentionClient Sales Growth, Forecasting, and BudgetingRisk Management & Compliance OversightKey Account Leadership for assigned VCIO portfolios???? What You’ll Do
Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goalsConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing VCIO sessionsBuild and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecastsIdentify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risksPartner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategyRecommend upgrades, migrations, and standardizations to reduce risk and improve efficiencyDeliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendationsSupport strategic sales and marketing campaigns; contribute to new business winsRepresent ONE 2 ONE at community events, vendor trainings, and industry conferences❤️ Our Culture

Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environmentStrong understanding of IT frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or COBITProven success in strategic IT leadership — CIO, IT Director, or senior advisory role preferredBusiness-savvy and able to translate technology into ROI and valueExcellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with CEOs and techniciansExperienced in sales support and consultative sellingBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldBenefits
