As a caregiver, youll provide essential non-medical assistance in clients homes, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. This includes companionship, personal care support, daily living help, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
We serve clients within a roughly 1015 mile radius of the Denver Tech Center, so reliable transportation is essential. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, and we back you with training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Offer companionship and emotional supportAssist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)Prepare meals and assist with feedingMaintain client safety, monitor condition, and report changesAdhere to infection control and emergency proceduresTransport clients safely to appointments and activitiesPerform light housekeeping, laundryRemind clients about medications (non-medical support)Clock in/out and document all tasks accuratelyQualifications
Experience in caregiving, home care, or related field preferredHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance (if driving clients)Ability to pass a background check (criminal & driving record)Willingness to complete Colorado-required orientation, initial training, and competency evaluation before independent serviceCommitment to ongoing annual training (4+ topics per year)CPR / First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skillsAuthorization to work in the U.S.Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 poundsAssist clients with mobility & transfersStand, bend, and kneel for extended periodsCompany Overview & Compliance
