Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an ABOS Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in a non-clinical capacity. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your orthopedic expertise without the pressures of a traditional clinical setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert orthopedic consultations and guidance for workers compensation cases
Review medical records, imaging, and treatment plans
Offer recommendations to support case management decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient case handling
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of orthopedic best practices and workers compensation regulations
Qualifications:
Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures, treatments, and standards of care
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Prior experience in workers compensation cases is a plus, but not required
