As a Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant, you will work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and supporting them with dignity and compassion.
    To succeed in this role, your own reliable vehicle is required. You must be consistently punctual and demonstrate strong judgment in the home. You bring a big heart, a professional mindset, and the ability to build genuine relationships with the clients you serve.

    Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobilesCare for clients by, assisting with meal preparation and cooking, medication reminder, changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, assisting with personal care and accompanying to the grocery store and medical appointmentsCompiling daily notes, observing client's condition, their progress, or health challenges and report observations to the Agency and client's family.Build healthy relationships with clients by engaging in conversation and providing attentive companionship. Transport to medical appointments, errands and social events.Engage clients in exercises and other activities of their choice.  QualificationsGraduated from an accredited Home Health Aide programHigh School Diploma, GED and some college.Three years prior professional experience in the required field Valid driver’s license    Personal vehicle with current registration and insurance Able to use personal vehicle to transport clients (mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle)

    We are urgently hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in their homes across multiple Connecticut towns. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to helping seniors maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobilitySupport Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication reminderProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other mechanical devices.
