This role supports plant operations, coordinates production activities, and ensures consistent execution of processes, safety standards, and operational objectives.     Responsibilities


    Identify and execute projects that improve efficiency, increase output, and reduce costsManage and enhance systems used to track key production and process indicatorsReview operating data to monitor performance, address issues, and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport development and ongoing updates of operating proceduresCoordinate communication across operators and shifts to maintain consistent operationsSupport implementation of process safety programs including change management, safety reviews, and hazard analysisAssist with regulatory compliance and maintain required documentation and system accuracyCoordinate shutdown planning, inspections, and special projects while supporting workforce oversight


    Qualifications


    Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or related fieldTwo or more years of experience in ethanol or similar processing environment preferredStrong understanding of industrial production systems in chemical, food, or fuel settingsExperience with office software and process modeling tools preferredBackground in capital project executionFamiliarity with pressure systems and applicable industry standards preferredAbility to analyze data, work within control systems, and support operational teamsCapable of communicating effectively and maintaining professional working relationships across all levels

This role involves providing expert agronomic advice, building strong relationships with growers, and achieving sales targets.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Sales and Business Development:

    Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.


    Agronomic Support:

    Provide expert agronomic advice and recommendations to customers on crop management, soil health, pest control, and other agricultural practices.Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their specific needs.Stay up-to-date with the latest agricultural trends, technologies, and best practices.


    Customer Relationship Management:

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs.


    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related field.3+ years proven experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, or a related field.Strong understanding of agronomic practices, crop management, and agricultural products.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
