We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and communicating with nurses and doctors. Assist with daily living activitiesProvide compassionate companionship and support for a client with early-stage dementiaAssist with transportation to physical therapy appointments, senior centers, community events, and recreational activitiesEncourage participation in social, physical, and community-based activities to promote engagement and well-beingHelp maintain the clients daily routine and encourage an active lifestyleEnsure the clients safety and comfort during outings and appointmentsOffer gentle reminders and guidance as needed throughout the dayCommunicate professionally with family members and care coordinators regarding the clients activities and well-beingSupport a positive, respectful, and uplifting environment that promotes independence and dignityAccompany the client on errands or light community outings when appropriateMonitor for changes in behavior, mood, or mobility and report concerns promptlyQualifications
