Read LessOn Demand Staffing is looking for an On-site Manager that is driven to learn new skills and help manage one of our largest accounts. This position will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities of our temporary staff. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of temporary workers within time limits. As a Manager are also responsible for timekeeping, monitoring breaks, and sending daily reports to HR. You will collaborate with both operations and HR teams to achieve common goals. A successful Manager will have multiple years of Management experience.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall staff in the warehouse.
On-site Manager Responsibilities
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in staffing effortsMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performanceCreate reports using timekeeping software and documenting/filing the reportsCommunicate job expectations and coach employeesSupervise staff on siteInterface with customers to answer questions or solve problemsMaintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reportsManage time off requests, injury reports, and other HR related documentationIdentify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practicesConfer and coordinate activities with other departmentsProven work experience as a SupervisorHighly effective supervisory skills and techniquesSkills and Requirements
