With over six divisions and several production facilities, they have become one of the region’s most diversified and stable suppliers. Innovations in several of their key product lines have led to continued growth, and they are quickly adding talent to meet this demand. One of Their most pressing needs is for a Controller.

    Duties and responsibilities of the Controller include:
    Provide plant-wide financial reporting and accounting information to plant management and corporate leadership.
    Mentor and train the Assistant Plant Controller and Accounting Assistants
    Perform cost accounting, variance analysis, inventory cycle counts, and monthly physical inventories.
    Utilize advanced ERP/MRP and Excel knowledge to effectively communicate and track plant performance
    Partner with production to evaluate production metrics compared to operating goals

    Requirements of the Controller include:
    A four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar preferred
    Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or related in a large manufacturing facility
    Strong cost accounting, job costing, variance analysis, and inventory control experience preferred
    Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
    Advanced Excel skillset

    Our client is an established systems integrator in Dayton, OH and are currently looking for a talented Robotics Engineer. This is a full-time/direct hire opening offering a great base salary with full benefits. You will have the opportunity to work for one of the largest equipment suppliers in the U.S. and you will join an experienced and proven team of engineers and technical professionals.

    Position Summary
    This role involves designing robotic machine controls from concept through installation at the customer’s facility. The engineer will support system assembly, answer technical questions, program all system functions, and assist with onsite startup.

    Ideal Candidate
    Organized, self-driven, customer-focused, able to travel across North America, and an excellent communicator.

    Key Duties

    Develop industrial robot programs (FANUC required)Create clean-sheet and offline programs; debug and finalize codePerform I/O testing, including power, I/O, and safety circuitsTroubleshoot network I/O, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPrepare bills of materials and support purchasingCommission and start up robotic systems at customer sitesWrite operation manuals and document equipment risk assessments

    Required Qualifications

    3+ years of relevant experienceAssociate’s degree or higherRobotic programming (FANUC; Motoman/ABB a plus)Ability to travel up to 25% in the U.S.Knowledge of industry safety standards and design practices

    Preferred Qualifications

    PLC/HMI experience (AB, Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens)Experience with Cognex or FANUC iRVisionProject management experience

    The Role: Digital Hardware Design Engineer
    We’re looking for a Digital Hardware Design Engineer who’s eager to work on advanced wireless communication systems and high-speed digital hardware. You’ll be part of a team pushing boundaries in RF, digital modulation, and next-generation broadcast tech.

    What you’ll be doing

    Designing high-speed digital hardware for data-acquisition and RF-related systemsWorking on products that span everything from Long Wave all the way through S-BandDeveloping digital modulators with adaptive pre-correction and crest factor reduction on FPGA platformsUsing VHDL to design and verify FPGA implementations (primarily Xilinx)Working with digital RF waveforms and modulation schemes like COFDM, QAM, QPSK, and 8VSB

    What We’re Looking For

    BS in Electrical Engineering or similar3–5 years of design experience (5–10 years in digital wireless communication preferred)Experience working in R&D within tech-focused companies3 years working with RF and digital communication systemsStrong understanding of communication and signal-processing theory (4+ years demonstrated)Proven digital hardware design skills, including schematic capture and high-speed board design5+ years using Altium and/or Mentor Graphics PADS for schematic and PWB design
