Job Summary: Plans and engineers sales orders into production-ready jobs. Experts in product line processes.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and plan to ensure a high level of information accuracy and quality for all facets of the job. Provide project management leadership on projects to ensure completion (fabric testing, 3D rendering, manufacturing design) Use inherited knowledge to identify pitfalls in jobs prior to execution Reverse engineer products from original design or sample and oversee completion of finished product Train new interns and full-time employees in job entry and other Epicor functions (as needed) Identify potential issues/opportunities for improvements and make recommendations to solve production, capacity, and quality decisions. Large project management, identifying areas of need with a cross-departmental view on a real time basis Develop standard operating procedures as required to enable repeatable results in preproduction and production phases of the business. Monitor and report on progress, problems, and solutions. (as needed) Communicates clearly with Sales, Prepress, and Operations on project plans, needs and schedules. (as needed) Work with managers, supervisors, and leads to elevate consistency, quality, and timeliness of information provided on job travelers and procedures. Work on continuous improvement of internal systems working inside the department and with other customers as needed internally and externally.Job Requirements:

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. About the Role:
The Project Manager II position ensures smooth communication and project execution between clients and the company. This position manages complex orders, provides updates, addresses client inquiries, and resolves issues. By supporting account managers and maintaining regular communication with team leaders, the Project Manager II helps deliver consistent results and uphold the company's core values.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.Experience managing projects with cross-border or global teams.Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers across all facilities enabling them to close more business.Become proficient with Olympus Group processes, ERP system, and quoting tools to the point that you can be a resource for others in the company.
Become proficient with various Modular Frame Systems and reading frame drawings.
Review open orders daily for accuracy.
Follow up on open issues as per customer, sales lead, or production and give direction.
Interact with clients to understand scope of projects and provide solutions.
Project manage complex projects that may be coordinated across multiple facilities.
Review proofs for accuracy prior to submitting for approval.
Provide order entry support during off hours when need arises.
Create and send daily job status reports to Clients and Account Mangers.
Coordinate and manage client viewings in production as needed.
Liaison between Operations and remote PM’s who have orders being produced in house (Ex: Entertainment team and MI team. Outsource vendor follow up, status updates, material updates, photos for approval)
Potential backup for mascot sales team during long absences.
Administrative support related to technology supporting all PM and sales.
