What You'll Do
You are the heartbeat of our front desk — the first friendly face clients see, the warm voice on the phone, and the calm presence that reassures a worried pet parent that there furry family member is in expert hands. Our days move fast, and you'll be the one keeping them running smoothly.
Your day-to-day:
Answer the phone like it's the best part of your day — because for our clients, that call is often the scariest part of theirs. You'll listen, reassure, educate, and get them the help they need Greet every cleint like a VIP — warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and genuine care from the moment they walk through the door Own the schedule — book appointments accurately, manage the flow of the day, and keep our doctors and clients in synch with eachother Handle the details flawlessly — process payments, maintain accurate medical records, and keep documentation airtight (details aren't a chore here; they're a point of pride) Keep our space client-ready — tidy, organized, and welcoming, always Occasionally drive a company vehicle (clean driving record required) Pass the Med Clerk exam within 30 days of hire — we'll set you up to succeed

Olympic Veterinary Cardiology is seeking a dynamic, detail-obsessed, and heart-forward individual to join our fast-paced, three (soon to be four)-cardiologist team. Full- or part-time positions are available.
We’re not your average vEt practice. We’re independently owned, mobile-savvy, and deeply committed to cardiac care for pets across the greater Seattle and Everett area. When a pet parent hears ‘heart disease,’ it’s scary. We’re here to bring clarity, compassion, and a plan—and we need your help to do it.
What You’ll Do
This hybrid role splits time between our outpatient center and mobile service. You’ll be the right hand to our doctor’s, helping deliver top-tier care with precision and empathy.
Mobile Duties
Drive to partner hospitals (company vehicle provided) Set up and break down equipment Handle and restrain animals safely Coordinate mobile routes and hospital teams Communicate with clients and hospitals via phone/email Keep the day running smoothly
Clinic Duties
Who You Are
Graduate of a vet asistant program or trained in-house with ideally 1+ year of clinical experience or a newly licensed (within 1-2 years) Veterinary Technician Skilled in identifying distressed or anxious animals Master of multitsking, resource management, and client communication Tech-savvy with Word, Excel, Outlook, and eager to learn new systems Obsessed with details, accuracy, and creating order from chaos Passionate about changing the game in veterinary medicine
Bonus Traits
The Fine Print
Must have a clean driving record Comfortable with both in-person and virtual meetings Able to coordinate schedules, manage patient records, and ensure smooth operations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $20-$27 per hour (depending on experience and level), based on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule. Overtime stipend available for 5-day weeks. Our business hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday and team members may be scheduled any 4 days in the week.
