A Day in the Life
Your day starts from home — you’ll load up your company van and head out to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair hot tubs, saunas, covanas, and more. You’re the expert in the field; customers are counting on your knowledge to get their equipment running right. After initial training, you’ll work from home with everything provided: vehicle, phone, tablet, tools, and fuel card. All training hours — including ongoing CEU courses for your electrical license — are fully paid.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair hot tubs, saunas, covanas, and related products at customers’ homesCoordinate daily job routing and manage your schedule efficientlyComplete service orders accurately and thoroughlyCommunicate clearly with customers about findings, diagnosis, and repairs neededWork with customers to identify root causes of service issuesIdentify and recommend opportunities for additional products and servicesComplete all warranty paperwork on time and ship parts to manufacturers for warranty creditSubmit daily parts orders to the service manager to restock your vanMaintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels in your service vehicleKeep your Washington State electrical license current as required by lawStay current on product knowledge through available training channelsEnsure your service vehicle is maintained at proper intervalsWhat We’re Looking For

The Pre-Owned Hot Tub Technician is the heart of our pre-owned production pipeline. You'll diagnose,
repair, and fully refurbish pre-owned hot tubs to a resale-ready, like-new standard — ensuring every
unit meets our performance, safety, and quality bar before it reaches a customer. You'll also support
new product prep and in-house repair of demo and warranty equipment.
What You'll Do
Refurbishment & Repair
Diagnose pre-owned hot tubs using multimeters and other diagnostic toolsRepair electrical and plumbing systems using manufacturer-approved methodsReplace components including pumps, heaters, control systems, and plumbing assembliesPerform full system testing to verify functionality and performance to factory standardsQuality & Readiness

A Day in the Life
Most of your day is on the road — traveling to customers' homes across the region to deliver and install new hot tub covers, remove old ones, and occasionally repair or replace mechanical cover lifters. One to two days a week you'll also pick up and deliver store supplies to our eight retail locations. You'll work out of our Auburn service and outlet center, and everything you need — van, phone, tablet, tools, fuel card, uniform — is provided. All training hours are paid.
