    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Provides outstanding member service and contribute to overall team effort.Assumes responsibility for ensuring that professional business relationships are established and maintained with members, vendors, the business community, and trade organizations.Builds and maintain strong relationships with business members, centers of influence, and community partners.Assures lending activities meet the needs of the members, comply with all organizational policy and regulatory requirements and are administered to minimize risk to the financial institution. Reviews and approves complex or high‑dollar credit requests within delegated authority.Ensure consistent underwriting standards and sound credit decisions.Oversees delinquencies, charge-offs, bankruptcies and foreclosures for the commercial portfolio.Oversees timely annual reviews, watch‑list management, and workout strategies.Attends meetings and serves on committees as required.Collaborates with the senior leadership team to develop a business lending strategy for the credit union, including portfolio mix, concentration mix, growth strategies, new product development and loan production goals.Monitors economic trends, competitive landscape, and member needs to identify growth opportunities.Analyzes financial, collateral, and industry information to determine and mitigate risk in commercial lending. Enhances commercial loan products, pricing, and services to remain competitive.Provides recognition for high performing employees who meet or exceed goals while showing our core values. Leads, mentors, and develops commercial lenders and support staff.Conducts annual performance reviews. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.Maintains full knowledge of credit union products and services.Ensures confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.Ensures compliance with all credit union, state and federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fieldFive years' experience in senior leadership in a financial services environmentTen years' experience in a financial institutionFive years' experience with commercial lending

    This position is located at our South OKC Branch, 530 SW 119th, OKC, OK 73170.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Provide outstanding member service and contribute to overall team effort.Fully understand and actively assist members in using credit union products and services.Originate investment quality mortgage loans (FHA, VA, conventional, non-conforming) by selling mortgage lending products and services to the realtor and home builder communities.Interview members to obtain all personal and financial data needed to complete loan and/or membership applications.Analyze member applications, financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loan; approve or submit application for verification and recommendation.Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy and requirements in regulations, i.e., FHA Title I and II, or secondary market purchases.Counsel members on financial issues when appropriate.Disburse loans and complete documentation accurately and efficiently.Track applications approved, booked, or denied; actively follow up on pending applications.Meet individual goals as assigned and work to meet branch and credit union goals.Meet NMLS licensing requirements and maintain NMLS registration.Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Two years of experience in a similar position.Or a combination of four years of college level education and experience in a similar position.State Mortgage Broker License preferred.FHA and VA Lending experience preferred. Construction Lending experience preferred. Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    This position operates in a bank branch office. It is a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The noise level is typically moderate.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Provide outstanding member service and contribute to overall team effort.Fully understand and actively assist members in using credit union products and services.Assist members on the phone, in live chat or by email with general account inquires and credit union information.Assist members with account-related requests and research, such as funds transfers, stop payments, inquiries about credit union deposit products and service charges, debit card usage and limits, accounts transactions, funds availability, and check verification requests by third parties.Troubleshoot member remote access channels and assist members with online banking, bill pay, and mobile deposit.Research and resolve member problems, acting as the member liaison between other departments when necessary.Answer basic member inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and member privacy policies.Perform member requested research, including printing statements and check copies; send documents to members to obtain signatures via secure email.Review daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned; including money on deposit, inactive accounts, zero balance loans, large check deposits and referral reports.Assist Credit Union Shared Branches with Currency Transaction Reports, submit verifications of insurance, distribute incoming faxes, and review returned mail.Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.Ensure actions are compliant with all credit union policies and procedures.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or equivalent.Six months of customer service experience.Experience in a call center environment is preferred.Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.

    Provide outstanding member service and contribute to overall team effort.Fully understand and actively assist members in using credit union products and services.Contact delinquent accounts to request payment, record promises on accounts and schedule follow-up contact.Notify co-signers of delinquent accounts according to due dates.Initiate appropriate follow-up action on mail retuned as undeliverable.Prepare correspondence on delinquent accounts that require special handling.Skip-trace accounts according to established practices.Research disputed delinquent account balances; correct any errors, including misapplied payments, reversed late charges, direct deposit errors, and overpayments from insurance errors.Refer additional products and services as appropriate.Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or equivalent.Customer service experience.Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish preferred.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Provide outstanding member service and contribute to overall team effort.Maintain a preferred dealer network that provides strong-performing vehicle loans to the credit union and excellent service to our members.Act as a liaison between the credit union, auto dealerships, internal departments and members to solve problems and ensure a beneficial outcome.Visit dealers and other outside sources of member loans to communicate new products and services, and support productive dealer relationships.Maintain and report on dealer/retail network activity monthly.Grow the indirect portfolio in accordance with budget, goals, and expectations of management. Uphold an excellent level of response time and service, ensuring the success of the Indirect Department.Assist with the monitoring of competitors’ practices and pricing, and help to ensure that the Indirect Program is competitive and successful in attainment of production and profit goals, and optimization of risk.Plan and execute periodic dealer events. Make recommendations and implement procedures to improve indirect lending, and ensure the financial position of the credit union as it relates to indirect lending.Assist with collecting or making payment arrangements on delinquent loans.Meet individual and department goals and work to meet overall credit union goals.Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance or related field.Two years' experience in a similar position.Or a combination of four years of college level education and experience in a similar position.Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

    Provide excellent member services and contribute to team efforts.Foster trust, cooperation, and good morale within the team and across departments.Assist with escalated member service issues and ensure high-quality service.Develop, recommend, and implement policies and programs that ensure organizational compliance while maximizing member experience and risk mitigation.Build staff capability within the department to ensure key performance targets are met whilst continually maintaining employee engagement, risk, quality, regulatory and procedural standards.Collaborate across multiple departments (Information Technology, Marketing, Digital, Compliance, and Accounting) to optimize payment systems by improving member experience, controlling fraud, and ensuring efficiency.Responsible for developing strategies that incorporate new technologies (i.e. Real Time Payments) and increase payment channel adoption across the credit union. Oversees vendor relationships associated with all Payments in the credit union. Responsible for oversight of all day-to-day activities relating to debit and credit card operations. Oversees strategies and processes for all digital payment vendors, credit and debit card portfolios, and ATM network including but not limited to TransFund, Velera, VISA, MasterCard, Zelle, iPay, Q2, etc. Periodically conducts benchmarking of key performance metrics for payment operations to articulate improvement areas and drive efficiency within the department.Responsible for managing the credit union’s debit/credit card rewards points program. Oversees the dispute/chargeback process associated with all member transaction disputes.Develops and implements strategies and procedures for identifying and blocking fraudulent transactions.Analyzes trends with the goal of identifying emerging fraudulent schemes or risks; recommends proactive, preventative measures that are meant to reduce exposure.Implement and monitor policies and procedures for risk management and loss prevention.Ensures all mission-critical payment processing tasks are completed daily, including mobile deposit, check, ACH, and bill payer processing. Provides day-to-day management and support for P2P, RTP, and Digital Banking/External Transfer transactions Recommends enhancements for product/technology to improve performance and profitability.Maintains active knowledge around regulatory issues, impacting the payments industry; ensures compliance with federal and network regulations, including NACHA, Regulation E, Regulation Z, and VISA/MasterCard rules.Represent Payments in project teams, particularly for system releases and upgrades.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree or four years' combination of college level education and experience in a similar position required.Three years' experience in card servicing is preferred.Prior managerial experience is preferred.Successful completion of credit union training courses as assigned.
