    Manufacturing Engineer   Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to ensure production lines operate efficiently and effectively. This role involves supporting both preventative and daily maintenance, developing manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Location: Reading, PA Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift Hire Type: Direct Hire Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000 DOE Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations Independently develop and maintain efficient manufacturing processes Lead efficiency improvement projects and process upgrades Assist in implementing new assembly processes to reduce manufacturing costs Retrieve and analyze trend charts and process data to support operations Support audit preparation and participation Suggest and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, yield, and productivity Participate in continuous improvement projects and 5S initiatives Identify machine errors and assist in troubleshooting Support R&D prototype and development efforts as needed Attend departmental and scheduled meetings Continuously learn new skills, procedures, and processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment, proactively address safety hazards, and communicate unsafe behaviors Perform all duties in compliance with state and federal regulations, including FDA, EPA, and OSHA Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably custom or make-to-order production Hands-on experience with electrical equipment Proficiency in creating written instructions, drawings, and schematics CAD experience Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and resolve issues promptly Proficiency with computerized systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and analytical expertise Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment Flexibility to work additional hours as needed Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Physical Demands: Regular use of hands for handling or feeling, as well as talking or hearing Frequent reaching with hands and arms Standing and walking required Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, or safety harnesses in certain areas Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No Read Less

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Driver's License Required Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and organizational skills.
