The Role:
• Location: Fort Wayne, IN - Central IN• Assignment duration: ASAP and work 3 to 6 months• Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call.• Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.• Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho.• Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES.• EMR: Cerner.• Must have IN license.• Will cross credential at 2 sites.• Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted.

The Role:Location: Simpsoville, SCAssignment duration: Start ASAP and work 6 monthsSC license preferred.Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): 4x 10hr shifts per week 7a-5p, or 5x 8hr shifts per week 7a-3p.Frequency of any Call needed: Home call once every 2 weeks.Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc) 7am to 5pm or 7-3 pmCall being covered is must. Average call is once a week. We provide call from home 3-5 pm -7a during the week and 24 hours on the weekend.Call back response time is 30-45 minutes.Our weekly schedule varies between 4 x10 shifts and 5x8 shifts to match our block schedules.EMR/Documentation System: Epic.Special Procedures/Unit Details: BREAD AND BUTTER, daily mix of general, obgyn, ENT, ortho.Special Equipment Used: ANESTHESIA EQUIPMENT.Are Board Certifications Req d?: NBCRNA.Which State License(s) Req d?: SC.Certifications Req d?
