The Role:
•Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Red Oak, KY.
•Shift: Monday - Friday. 8a-4:30p and additional call.
•Call Type: Beeper.
•Practice Settings: Inpatient.
•Preferred Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Surgical gynecology, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's, Laser certification.
•Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS. BLS, PALS, AHA.
•Licensed in KY only.
•Level 4 Trauma.
•EMR: MediTech.
•Credentialing: 30 days.
