    Because we’re in that "sweet spot" of being large enough to have a steady stream of exciting projects, but small enough that you’re a name—not a number—your impact here will be felt every single day. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Inside Estimator to join our office team.

    What You’ll Do (The Role)

    This is a 100% office-based role. You won't be driving to site visits or dealing with traffic. Instead, you are the technical powerhouse in the office, taking raw data collected by our field Sales Consultants—including marked-up photos, property info, and baseline scopes—and engineering them into exact, ready-to-build project blueprints.

    Analyze Field Data: Review marked-up photos, property details, and field notes provided by our Sales Consultants to fully understand the project requirements.

    Draft Project Sketches: Produce clear, accurate project sketches and layouts based entirely on the photos and property dimensions provided by the sales team.

    Build Detailed Scopes: Translate basic sales documentation into a highly structured, line-item Scope of Work (SOW) that our production crew can follow seamlessly.

    Calculate Accurate Estimates: Utilize our estimating software / CRM to compute precise costs for materials, labor, and permits.

    Catch the Details: Act as the ultimate quality control safety net, spotting potential project complications or missing field data before the contract is finalized.

    Who You Are (The Fit)

    You are an analytical thinker who loves construction details but prefers a stable, focused office environment over field travel. You can look at a folder of photos and property info and instantly visualize the build process.

    Experienced: You have 5+  years of experience in residential construction estimating, drafting, or project scoping.

    A Visual Translator: You excel at looking at marked-up photos and property data and translating them into clean digital sketches or layouts.

    Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with estimating software, CRM systems, and basic digital sketching/drawing tools.

    Detail-Obsessed: You thrive on accuracy, love numbers, and take pride in producing airtight, mistake-free estimates.

    Office-Minded: You prefer a consistent, professional office setting where you can put your headphones on, focus, and get things done.
