  • Systems Administrator with Security Clearance  

    - Fairfield

    We currently have an opportunity to provide the United States Navy systems administrator support. The System Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and implementing solutions to optimize the infrastructure operations analyzes and identifies all or part of the existing or new workstations (and/or servers), peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs; maintains systems integration solutions to total system or subsystems; follows functional and technical specifications, solves hardware/software interface problems, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.

  • Candidate shall be a DoD 8140-Mcertified 612) Security Control Assessor Intermediate) Marine Corps Fully Qualified Validator (MCFQV). Efforts include:
    - Providing technical subject matter experts (SME) to DoD/DHS including Risk Management Framework (RMF) Validation services, Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expertise, and Authorization & Assessment (A&A) support
    - Developing a Security Assessment Plan (SAP) that captures all the procedures and tools used to assess all components identified in the system's authorization boundary.
    - Performing all required and approved Security Controls Validator RMF process steps within the Marine Corps Certification and Accreditation Support Tool MCCAST.
    - Completing an individual Security Assessment Report (SAR) for each system validated in conjunction with the ISSM based on the security control assessment results and provide an initial MCCAST POA&M with all findings documented

  • Job Summary:
    The Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M) Equipment Technician will provide technical support services to support Command, Control, and Intelligence (C2I) efforts. The GCCS-M Equipment Technician will also provide technical support, system testing, inspections and assessments to assess, inspect, and correct system faults within all variants of CANES AN/USQ-208, including associated equipment. Responsibilities:
    Identify and correct anomalies associated with installation, operation, maintenance, and connectivity problems within all variants of AN/USQ-172 (GCCS-M 4.x) and AN/USQ-187 (GCCS-M 4.1.1) , Radiant Mercury and other C2I systems/equipment. Provide onboard maintenance training to ship's force technicians in the operation, repair, maintenance and logistics support of GCCS-M. The technicians will also perform functional checks and program review support of GCCS-M and associated equipment. Requirements:
    Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the troubleshooting, assessment, and repair of the following systems (experience within the last 3 years): AN/USQ-172 (GCCS-M 4.x) and AN/USQ-187 (GCCS-M 4.1.1). Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and assessment on the following systems/equipment, is desired (but not required):
    • AN/USQ-151 Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT)
    • AN/USQ-152 TBMCS
    • AN/USQ-188 Radiant Mercury
    • AN/USQ-208 Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services - CANES
    • Passive Link Tap (PLT) Experience gained at a Mobile Technical Unit (MOTU), Fleet Technical Support Center (FTSC) or Regional Maintenance Center (RMC), desired.

  • Engineering Technician III with Security Clearance  

    - Charleston

    Candidate will have three (3) years of experience with degree/formal training or five (5) years with HS/GED of practical experience to include design, preparation and modification of engineering documents and drawings. Individual shall have notable experience performing one or a combination of the following duties: constructing components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment; may troubleshoot and correct malfunctions; following specific layout and scientific diagrams to construct and package simple devices and subunits of equipment; conducting various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement, selecting, preparing, and operating standard test equipment and records test data; extracting and compiling a variety of engineering data from field notes, manuals, lab reports, etc., processing data, identifying errors or inconsistencies, selecting methods of data presentation; and assisting in design
    modification by compiling data related to design, specifications, and materials that are pertinent to specific items of equipment or component parts; developing information concerning previous operational failures and modifications, and using judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seek sources to clarify information. Individual shall be capable of performing assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment, using fully applicable precedents, receives initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor
    or engineer as needed, performs recurring work independently. Work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions. Desired Education: Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science; or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications; or four-year electronics apprentice program; or High School diploma or GED.

  • Job Summary:
    This role is unique in that it is needed at a time when traditional CM processes are being reevaluated due to next generation automated practices. Being Senior CM Specialist will call for critical thinking and regular communication with government leads to adapt current CM processes to the many new automated methods now being used by engineers and developers. This experienced CM individual will get the opportunity to work on "CMing" highly visible products that are currently being developed. Their thoughts on hot topics will be valued, as will their assistance on high-priority tasking. Responsibilities: • Oversee the tracking of artifacts and licenses included in several software baselines; facilitate communication between CM and various team leads for license version information • Ensure that technical manuals see their way through the official documentation process • Identify, process, and document software configuration changes • Facilitate auditing and reporting of data; ensure Configuration Baseline Audit Reports (CBARs) are being created and updated as needed • Stay in regular contact with product owners to ensure CM processes are being followed, and that CM is being included at the necessary steps • Be able to teach CM processes to team leads, developers, and engineers that are unfamiliar; get newcomers on board with CM processes • Be involved in process improvement; assist in adapting CM processes as needed • Participate in weekly GCCS-M Engineering Meeting and GCCS-M/MTC2 CCB, as well as biweekly MAR C2 ILS IPT • Assist in keeping several SBOMs (Software Bill of Material) updated, as well as other high-level documents such as the CMP (Configuration Management Plan) • Manage various functionalities of CMPRO (will have Delegate Admin permissions), including but not limited to: Creation and management of Proprietary Groups and Control Groups Creation and management of documentation workflows Creation and rebuilding of Software Baselines Oversight of Software Media Requests and their deadlines • Understand the process for checking in software media (done by junior CM specialists and involves creating img/iso files, hashes, and disc labels) to ensure that CM is getting all media checked in and tracked accordingly
    Preferred Experience: 3+ years in a Configuration Management role, preferably DoD/Government and software development/sustainment related. Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications

  • Configuration Manager with Security Clearance

Security Clearance: DoD Secret Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 (Depending on Experience) Requisition ID: CMS-002-SD Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Configuration Management (CM) Specialist to support software media distribution, license tracking, and PKI generation across multiple mission-critical Navy systems, including GCCS-M and MTC2 (Do we want to state C4I programs and not be so specific?). You will play a vital role in supporting configuration control, release processes, and audit readiness in a dynamic DoD environment. This position has an eight-month base, with room for growth to permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Software Media Management Receive and check-in software media; create ISO/IMG images and hash values using PowerShell.
    Burn master and requested copies of software media; create disc labels.
    Manage Software Media Requests (SMRs), including submission support and workflow processing in CMPRO.
    Distribute media physically or via DoD SAFE/ARL SAFE, ensuring proper tracking and archival in CMLibrary. PKI Generation & Distribution Request and complete PKI packages from DISA using internal scripts and tools (SWAN and Rimage systems).
    Coordinate with GCCS-M and MTC2 teams to ensure timely delivery of PKIs in line with install schedules.
    Upload PKIs to SIPR SAILOR and distribute securely upon request. License & Documentation Oversight Track software license usage and versions across teams; submit LDA Extensions, Lab Association/Disassociation Requests via DADMS.
    Ensure technical manuals are processed through the documentation lifecycle and prepared for Final Issue.
    Maintain and update project trackers (GCCS-M v4.1.5.0 and MTC2 TPT). Audit Support & Reporting Generate and update Configuration Baseline Audit Reports (CBARs).
    Assist with shipboard CM audits in coordination with ManTech.
    Participate in engineering meetings and Cyber CCBs. CMPRO Administration Act as Delegate Admin for CMPRO; manage SMRs, T-Number Requests, E-CNs, As-Built Licenses, and Software Baselines.
    Review and process E-PRs and Letters of Transmittal. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Coordination Communicate with product owners and team leads to ensure CM integration across projects.
    Stay informed of upcoming installs, test events, and changes requiring CM support.
    Contribute to continuous improvement of CM processes and documentation standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of configuration management practices and software lifecycle processes.
    Experience with PowerShell scripting and ISO/hash creation.
    Proficiency with CMPRO or similar CM/PLM tools (Delegate Admin experience preferred).
    Familiarity with DoD SAFE, ARL SAFE, DADMS, and PKI distribution workflows.
    Ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams in high-security environments.
    Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience supporting Navy programs such as GCCS-M, MTC2, or similar.
    Prior experience with SWAN/Rimage systems.
    Working knowledge of CBARs, SMRs, and PKI automation scripts.
