    Description:

    Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work closely with all on-site apartment community operations including leasing, maintenance, and marketing. We're looking for a take charge leader to join our winning team!

    Requirements:

    • Manage all areas of marketing, maintenance, and leasing of our apartment community.

    • Recruitment, training, and development of staff.

    • Financial performance of the community.

    • Ensure all rent is collected as due and posted correctly.

    • Make sure issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is completed.

    • Ensure all unit, move-in, move-out and other leasing data is entered into the on-site property management software system.

    • Manage and distribute tenant correspondence electronically, including late payment notices.

    • Walk vacant units and property grounds.

    • Manage all maintenance requests and ordering of supplies with maintenance staff.

    • Marketing, schedule appointments, and showing available units.


    Qualifications

    • College degree and professional certs preferred.

    • 3+ years minimum experience in a similar management role.

    • Property Management Software experience (Yardi preferred).

    • Proficiency in Word and Excel.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Self-motivated team leader.

    • Excellent record keeping and file maintenance.

    • Able to prioritize workloads and motivate staff.

    • Works with a sense of urgency including the ability to oversee multiple projects.

    Requirements:

    • Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents.

    • Follow up with residents in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of the lease with residents.

    • Partner with Management on escalating collection actions.

    • Contact delinquent account residents by mail/telephone/in person daily.

    • Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.

    • Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.

    • Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective

    residents.


    Required Experience:

    • 3+ years in multi-family residential property management.

    • 3+ years of prior billing and collections experience.

    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and follow up skills along with an ability to

    manage multiple priorities.

    • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
