    We are looking for a high performing IT Manager to own our internal IT operations and serve as the internal technical owner of our managed IT services relationship. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who can hold a vendor accountable, keep our systems secure and compliant, and make smart technology decisions for a growing operations business. This role has limited direct reports; day-to-day IT support and infrastructure work is delivered through our managed services partner and one direct report.

    This is a hybrid position, requiring ~2 days/week in our New York City office. This requirement may fluctuate over time depending on business needs.

    How you'll make an impact:

    Own the relationship with our managed IT services provider — set expectations, manage SLAs, hold them accountable, and ensure responsive support across our warehouse and corporate footprint.Own internal IT operations, systems, and tooling strategy. Co-own budget responsibility for IT spend and the MSP contract.Co-own security and compliance alongside the Director of DevOps — policy, controls, audits, risk management, and incident readiness.Serve as the internal technical decision-maker who translates business needs into what our vendor executes.Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to keep IT aligned with how the business runs.About you:Experience managing IT operations and third-party MSP / vendor relationships.Demonstrated IT security and compliance experience (frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI, or similar).Comfort operating independently without a team, getting outcomes through vendors and cross-functional partners.Strong judgment, accountability, and clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.Multi-site or distribution/operations environment experience is a plus.

    Compensation for this role is between $110,000 - $120,000

    We are looking for a dedicated Site Lead to join the Odeko family! As a Site Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of a warehouse facility independently, without an onsite General Manager. You will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the site, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Management:

    Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and servicesMonitor and manage delivery schedules, routes, and logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards.Coordinate and lead the Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching activities.Utilize systems (Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Hubspot) to troubleshoot, deep dive issues, and streamline processes.Innovate on processes to drive improvement.

    Team Leadership:

    Qualifications:
