    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join Odeko as we launch our Nashville market. In this unique role, you'll start as the primary delivery driver with the opportunity to work alongside the GM to learn the warehouse operations, providing a potential Operations career track as the market grows.

    Opportunity to join a new market launch and build the model of success for a fast-growing, national company.

    Delivery:

    Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete final-mile local deliveries Load your own vehicle and ensure timely and accurate deliveriesRepresent Odeko professionally with customers at delivery sitesReport any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the GM

    Warehouse Operations:

    Daily pick, pack, and stage local delivery ordersMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environmentOperate warehouse tools and systems (NetSuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Shipstation)Learn to receive inbound shipments, restock & count inventory, and ensure par level accuracy

    Requirements:

    Hold a valid U.S. state driver's license for at least 4 yearsClean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle background checkComfortable operating box trucks and cargo vansAbility to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 60lb, repeatedly throughout shiftAbility to get in and out of delivery vehicle frequently during route shiftAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyComfortable using technology and learning new systems (RF Scanners, DMP, etc.)Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent

As an Operations Manager, you will impact operational efficiency by driving workflows, supporting performance coaching, and maintaining accountability across warehouse functions. Drive a box truckAble to lift packages (up to 60 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times in a shiftStrong attention to detailEnjoy learning new processes and technologyMust have held state driver's license for at least 4 yearsWhen not driving for vendor pick up/customer deliveries, working in the warehouse will be requiredEnter and exit the delivery vehicle while transporting customer ordersDetermine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveriesUse a hand truck to move packages across different levels such a stairs and rampsCorrectly identify any order issues and resolve them in real timeFrequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment centerOperate an RF scanner, hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment centerFrequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment centerAssemble customer packagesAssist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting itemsAssist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehiclesEnter and exit the vehicle from the driver's door/cargo bay doors to pull the customer's order and stack it on the dolly, ensuring no product is damaged in the processDetermine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveriesUse a hand truck to move cases and loose items across various building obstacles such as stairs, ramps, and sidewalksCorrectly identify any order issues and resolve them in real-timeUtilize a handheld device for routing and obtaining or submitting customer informationUsing an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer ordersFrequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment centerOperate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment centerAssist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vansPerform all tasks as assignedMust be able to read, write, & speak/understand English
