Line Cook Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality.Ensure all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures are strictly followed in compliance with health regulations.Support food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, throughout your shift.Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders.Handle food with care and precision during cooking processes such as grilling, sautéing, baking, and plating to ensure optimal qualityAssist with inventory managementAdditional duties when needed – This kitchen works as a team!
Dishwashing, full-kitchen responsibility on days when the Chef is off, and cold food prep.
