    Position Highlights:

    The Department of Nephrology at the Ochsner Medical Center (OMC) in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking full-time BC/BE Academic Nephrologist to join its growing practice. We seek an individual who enjoys direct patient care across the spectrum of a tertiary care for a Nephrology practice. We offer the successful candidate the opportunity to teach medical students, residents, and fellows, and to participate in clinical research programs to enhance the quality and safety of patient care in a large multispecialty academic group practice setting. The successful candidate will be eligible for an academic appointment from our medical school, the Ochsner Clinical School, which enrolls over 100 medical students per year, and is affiliated with the prestigious The University of Queensland (Australia). Ochsner has the largest Graduate Medical Education Programs in the state and our Nephrology fellowship includes 2/3 physicians per year over a two-year program.
