    Job Title: Sales Manager of Ocenco Inc.

    Hiring Manager: President of Ocenco

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Location: On-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI

    The Ocenco Group is a collection of manufacturing companies that engineer, build and sell various types of personnel safety equipment for military, railway, maritime, mining, public safety, and industrial markets globally. We have a total of 17 operations in 14 different countries. We are privately held and headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

    Position Overview:

    The Sales Manager of Ocenco Inc. is primarily responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to expand business opportunities. This role would also be responsible for increasing market presence and overseeing new business development.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Create and communicate sale goals and ensure communication of the progress of those goals.Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.Understand industry specific trends and landscapes.Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.Formalize and manage a sales team to oversee the sales development of group products.Develop relationships with distributors both domestically and internationally.Collaborate within the organization to optimize market strategies and develop long-term customer relationships.Ensure compliance with regional and international trade regulations.Responsible for fiscal year end sales results and strategy.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required. MBA preferred.10+ years of experience with sales management experience, preferably global and technical sales experience.Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing cross-functional teams.Have a strong inner drive to succeed and manage new challenges.Experience of navigating in complex and bureaucratic procurement organizations.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Being a team player with high multifaceted communication skills.Well-organized with effective planning abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems at an advanced level.Background check may be completed for certain accounts and work-related purposes.Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

    Job Title: Quality Control Technician

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

    Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30p.m.

    Job Summary:

    The quality control technician position provides direct quality support to manufacturing and supply chain operations including document review, inspection and testing activities. This role is responsible for producing necessary documentation to ensure compliance with all quality control department requirements.

    Accountability and Duties:

    Performs assigned, routine visual inspections and other specified tests on raw materials, goods in process, and finished products using approved methods and procedures.Tests, inspects, and approves raw materials based on established quality specifications.Uses observation and testing to identify faults in materials and manufacturing process.Uses statistical methods to test product samples to evaluate quality of full product batch prior to delivery to clients or customers.Compares results of inspections and tests to company’s quality standards; reports results to supervisor for final analysis and action steps.Develops, maintains, and posts logs, charts, and forms detailing quality levels, inspection data, and results of special quality studies for review by supervisors and other production staff.Consults with supervisor to determine appropriate recommendations and remedies for questionable products.Maintains quality records and data and enters into spreadsheets and databases.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Thorough attention to detail.Ability to read and comprehend work instructions. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, and other common measurement tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.

    Required Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or GED Some technical school education preferred; mathematics emphasis preferred but not required.
