Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly skilled Carpenter who takes pride in doing exceptional work and values craftsmanship above shortcuts.
Our projects focus on high-quality residential construction and remodeling, where attention to detail, thoughtful execution, and pride in the finished product are the standard. We’re seeking a carpenter who still enjoys stepping back at the end of the day and appreciating the work that was built.
This is a hands-on role for someone who sets the tone on a job site through skill, professionalism, and respect for the trade.
What You’ll Do
Perform high-level carpentry including framing, finish work, trim, and custom detailsRead and execute plans with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesSolve problems in the field while maintaining high standardsHelp mentor and guide other carpenters who are serious about the tradeWhat We’re Looking For
6+ years of residential carpentry experienceStrong skills in finish carpentry and custom workAbility to read plans and think ahead on siteA carpenter who values quality, precision, and doing things the right waySomeone who takes genuine pride in their craftJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
