Role Summary:
The Senior Analyst, HR Strategy and Planning, is a critical, high-visibility role responsible for managing the company's global and regional processes for identifying, developing, and retaining future leaders. This individual will own the execution of our annual talent review and succession planning cycle.
You will act as the central coordinator for our 9-box talent calibrations and succession-planning framework. Subsequently, you will be responsible for executing on this strategy by managing the development of our top talent, overseeing our high-potential (HiPo) programs, tracking the creation and progress of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and collaborating on the identification of talent for strategic assignments, including expatriate roles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Review & Succession Planning: Manage the end-to-end logistics and execution of the annual global and regional talent review (9-box) and succession planning cycle. Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and leadership to facilitate talent calibration sessions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a focus on objective performance and potential. Analyze and synthesize talent review data to identify key insights, leadership gaps, bench strength for critical roles, and high-priority development needs. Maintain and update succession plans for critical leadership roles, tracking "ready-now" and "future-ready" talent pools. Prepare and present executive-level summaries and dashboards on pipeline health, talent mobility, and succession risks.
2. Individual Development & Mobility: Manage the company's framework for Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring all identified talent have actionable, robust, and strategic plans for growth. Monitor the progress of IDPs, providing resources and support to managers to ensure accountability. Collaborate with global mobility, HRBPs and business leaders to identify high-potential candidates for critical developmental moves, including international (expat) assignments, aligning them with succession needs.
3. High-Potential (HiPo) Development: Oversee the nomination, selection, and enrollment process for the company's high-potential (HiPo) development programs. Manage program logistics, vendor relationships, and participant communication for HiPo cohorts. Track the engagement and progress of HiPo talent, measuring the impact and ROI of development programs.
4. Analytics & Process Improvement: Serve as the subject matter expert for the talent management modules within our HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors). Develop and maintain key talent metrics (e.g., retention of top talent, promotion rates, diversity of talent pools) to inform strategy. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to our talent review and succession planning processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
Core Required Skills and Competencies: Direct, hands-on experience managing and facilitating large-scale, formal talent management processes (e.g., 9-box talent reviews, succession planning). Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and create compelling narratives and presentations for a senior audience. Experience in designing, managing, or supporting leadership development programs (HiPo programs, IDPs, mentorship). Exceptional project management skills, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with HRBPs and leaders. Absolute discretion and the ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information. Advance Proficiency in Google Workspace (sheets, slides, docs) Proficiency in HRIS/Talent Management systems (preferably SuccessFactor) Skilled in leveraging AI to boost productivity and elevate outcomes.

Required Minimum Years Experience: 5-7+ years of experience within Human Resources, with a specific focus on Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
Required Minimum Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MS in I/O Psychology, MHR) strongly preferred.
