O'Brien Engineering, Inc. (OEI) is looking for a Federal Assistant Project Manager with demonstrable project management support management of military and/or federal projects. We are looking for a proven effective, driven project manager with recent experience on a mix of wide variety of federal projects. Our company enjoys a healthy variety of federal projects/task orders so the successful candidate will show demonstrated ability to manage multiple task orders in multiple states for multiple clients simultaneously, while delivering results that are according to the contract terms - on time, within budget, documented accurately, and to the clients' overall satisfaction. This position will collaborate with a multidisciplinary A/E team and will work on municipal, land development, private, industrial, healthcare, military/defense, and other projects. Subject Matter Expertise on engineering projects that are largely water resources focused including civil, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling and analysis. Ability to conceptualize, scope, and manage a variety of drainage and flood related projects including master flood studies, master drainage studies, comprehensive watershed studies, bank stabilization, storm drainage remediation, hydraulic analysis of bridges, culverts, channels, flumes, energy dissipation analysis; dam break analysis a plus.

Primary Function: This position is a great opportunity to advance your skills and lead a variety of civil design projects as a Civil Engineering Project Manager. Projects may include a range of subordinate disciplines such as surveying, structural, geotechnical, electrical, cost estimating, hydrology and hydraulics.
