The High School Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the school’s administrative team, providing professional clerical and administrative support while helping foster a Christ-centered educational environment. This individual serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors and is expected to demonstrate Christian character, professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to the school’s mission, vision, and values.
This position supports the daily operations of the Secondary school office, maintains accurate records, facilitates communication, and contributes to the welcoming atmosphere that reflects the love of Christ.
General ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

This includes overseeing the IT department, managing infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, supporting classroom technology, and aligning IT systems with the institution’s goals.
