Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to work with hand tools and power tools, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting and manipulating parts. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose vehicle problems, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service, including explaining repairs and providing estimates. Safety Awareness: Awareness of safety procedures and the ability to work in a safe and organized environment.
