    We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in owning repairs from diagnosis to resolution and keeping systems running efficiently to support a well-maintenance, reliable community.

    The Opportunity

    In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.

    Key areas of focus include:
    Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction Performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life Supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready Identifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.
    This is a role for someone who is technically strong, works independently, and takes accountability for delivering repairs that are done right the first time.

    What You Bring to the Team

    You have a solid foundation multifamily maintenance or a related trade, with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

    We're looking for an Operations Support Associate who takes pride in owning system performance, driving operational efficiency, and supporting site teams through technical expertise and problem-solving.

    The Opportunity

    In this position, you will support and optimize operational systems across the portfolio, while being a subject matter expert with a focus on utility management, RealPage platforms, and internal processes. You will act as a key resource for troubleshooting, training, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

    Key areas of focus include:
    Monitoring utility management functions, including billing, usage, and cost recovery to ensure performance and accuracy Troubleshooting system issues with vendors and onsite teams, maintaining ownership through resolution Supporting RealPage platforms, including OneSite, Utility Management, and LOFT, across communities Analyzing support ticket trends to identify gaps, reduce volume, and recommend process or training improvements Leading system implementations, new community setups, and training for site teams
    This is a role for someone who is highly analytical, solutions-oriented, and able to take ownership of complex issues while driving improvements across systems and teams.

    What You Bring to the Team

    You have a solid foundation in property management operations and systems, with 5+ years of experience in RealPage platforms including OneSite, Utility Management, and LOFT Leasing. You are a RealPage Super User with experience supporting implementations, troubleshooting issues, training teams and being able to identify root causes with a proactive mindset.

    The Opportunity

    In this position, you'll manage the flow of financial activity across multiple communities and projects-ensuring invoices, payments, and reporting are handled with consistency and attention to detail.

    You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, supporting day-to-day accounts payable as well as construction-related payments and project closeouts. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and integrity of our operations.

    Key areas of focus include:
    Managing invoice processing, coding, and payment execution Supporting construction draws, pay applications, and project closeouts Coordinating weekly and monthly funding cycles Partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Maintaining accurate records and supporting financial reporting
    This is a role for someone who enjoys being organized, values precision, and understands the impact of getting the details right.

    What You Bring to the Team

    You have a solid foundation in accounts payable or accounting, along with strong Excel skills and comfort working within structured systems. Experience with Sage or Timberline is preferred.
