    SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    •  Assemble, disassemble, refurbish, and rebuild packaging machinery and components using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and operational performance.

    •  Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate packaging equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and restoring equipment functionality.

    •  Manage service calls and represent the company professionally at customer locations, operating company vehicles safely and ensuring proper handling of tools, parts, and equipment.

    •  Coordinate shop operations and repair projects by overseeing inventory, tool maintenance, workflow organization, scheduling, and project completion to meet quality and customer service standards. 
     

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    •  Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and small-part assembly techniques, with the ability to perform detailed mechanical and equipment repair work accurately.

    •  Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, pneumatics, or related systems preferred; ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly documentation is highly desirable.

    •  Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose equipment issues, develop effective solutions, and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

    •  Excellent customer service and communication skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and a commitment to long-term professional growth and development.

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    This position requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and work with hand and power tools for extended periods. Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work safely in manufacturing, warehouse, and customer facility environments.

    ·  Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability coordinate office operations, manage supplies, handle mail distribution, and arrange travel logistics

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods throughout the workday. The position may also require occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies, mail, or packages weighing up to 25 pounds, as well as moving between office areas to support daily operations.
