The role:
The Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing asset uptime, and leading the day-to-day maintenance operations at our food manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution site. This role will develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs while supervising and developing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant operation aligned with our food safety and operational excellence objectives.
What you'll do:
Maintenance Management
Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of reactive and preventive maintenance work.Assign, train, and develop a team of 4 maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, food safety, and continuous improvement.Manage and optimize parts inventory, maintenance spend, and vendor/contractor relationships.Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and company safety and food safety standards.Maintain accurate CMMS records, work orders, and documentation.Asset Reliability & Maintenance Strategy
Develop, implement, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Analyze equipment performance data to identify and resolve chronic issues.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA) on equipment failures.Develop and track maintenance KPIs (MTBF, PM compliance, downtime, etc).Recommend and execute improvements for equipment reliability, process improvements, and energy efficiency.Continuous Improvement
Partner with production and FSQA teams to support operational and food safety objectives.Lead small capital projects focused on equipment upgrades, reliability improvements, and automation.Maintain accurate documentation, including equipment records, work orders, and spare parts inventories.Participate in cross-functional improvement projects, including Value Creation Process (VCP) initiatives to reduce downtime and cost.Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, GMP, SQF, and company safety standards.Lead and participate in safety audits and initiatives related to equipment and maintenance activities.Support the EHS team in identifying engineering controls to reduce risk.

The role:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery in a food processing plant. This position ensures that all equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with food safety regulations, company standards, and best practices. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as the ability to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

The role:
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust food safety and quality management systems that strictly comply with all regulatory requirements and company standards. Success in this role demands a professional who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, spending the majority of your time directly on the production floor.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with food quality and safety systems, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance, FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), comprehensive record-keeping/documentation, employee training, problem-solving skills and change management within a food processing environment. This position reports directly to the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance. In the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager the Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager will act as a back up.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in food quality assurance or food safety management within a food manufacturing facility.Demonstrated experience with internal and external audit compliance (e.g., GFSI standards, FDA, FSMA, Organic).Certifications in Internal Auditing, HACCP and PCQI are required; SQF Practitioner or BRC Lead Auditor certification is a significant plus.Strong knowledge of FDA regulations (e.g., FSMA) and other relevant food safety guidelines.Proficiency with Electronic Quality Management Systems (EQMS).Experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis is highly desirable.Self-motivated, proactive, and possessing a strong business acumen with the ability to navigate challenging situations independently.Knowledge of OSHA protocols in a manufacturing environment.Bilingual - Spanish is strongly preferred.What we offer

The role:
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious Associate Category Merchant to join our Merchandising team. In this role, you'll own and grow our gifting assortment, helping us create magical, craveable experiences for holidays, corporate orders, and year-round moments of joy. The Sanitation Manager is a vital member of the facility's Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Department. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and direct oversight of all sanitation programs at the manufacturing facility level.
