About YouThe Salon Sales Executive - Central is a field sales position located in the Chicago metro area. You're responsible for driving business, Nutrafol brand loyalty, and Nutrafol brand recognition in a defined geographic territory through new salon business development and existing salon business growth strategies.
While Nutrafol is a distributed, remote-first company, the successful candidate for this role must reside in the Chicago market and be located near a major airport, as this role requires frequent travel across the territory - IL, MI, IN, WI, KY, TN. Base compensation is listed, but does not include additional comp/perks: monthly sales commission and quarterly company bonus + $700 monthly car allowance.
This role works in conjunction with the Sr. Director Salon Sales and inside sales team to grow territory and salon sales through product education, sell-in and sell thru strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions and strong relationship management.
You'll report into the Sr. Director Salon Sales for your specific geographic territory and have predetermined targets for both new business development and growth of existing accounts.

About You
The ideal Sales and Education Executive candidate for Nutrafol has experience in beauty, working and traveling within a designated market, and understands the importance of building strong relationships. This candidate must possess the ability to deliver/exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans, while communicating and collaborating daily with internal teams. Ideally, this candidate is experienced in hair and wellness, with a deep understanding of an open-sell, multi-branded environment. While Nutrafol is a remote company, this field role requires an on-site presence in Ulta locations in the assigned territory (Northeast). Candidates for this role should be based in the Central New Jersey area.
Responsibilities
Daily management of product sell out and education to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual targets.Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to drive seasonal marketing and event programs, raising brand awareness, and new customer acquisition.Effectively launch and drive brand awareness at Ulta, while maintaining day to day business.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and communicate them to the Regional Sales Manager to ensure Nutrafol can succeed in a competitive, ever-changing retail environmentClosely monitor promotions, events and activations with the Regional Sales Manager.Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to provide retailer selling reports, new product launch retail analysis and product assortment & event callouts influencing retail sales YOYWork with the Regional Sales Manager to train and execute at gondola seasonal training and education.Possess a solid understanding of financial metrics and company KPI's to provide weekly/monthly reporting and feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.Requirements
