Oversee multiple interior protection and containment projects across the United StatesCoordinate and support field crews, foremen, schedules, and site logisticsParticipate in production meetings and report directly to the Production ManagerCoordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure full project visibility from sale through execution, maintaining consistent communication so clients always receive accurate, up-to-date informationWork closely with the rest of the production team to ensure alignment, communication, and successful project executionEnsure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on scheduleAct as primary point of contact for all clients and stakeholdersConduct regular site visits, progress checks, and quality control inspectionsQuickly resolve field issues to keep projects movingSupport planning, sequencing, manpower allocation, and production strategyTrack project progress, reporting, and documentationSupport change orders, scope clarification, and project adjustments as requiredDeliver all projects on time and successfullyRequirements
Must speak English (Spanish is a bonus)OSHA 30 (online accepted)Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/institutional constructionMust have hands-on experience performing all aspects of a Project Manager/Supervisor role (field + office coordination)Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced construction environmentsAbility to travel extensively throughout the United StatesExperience managing crews and coordinating subcontractor-style field operationsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to read drawings, scopes of work, and project schedulesComfortable working in active indoor construction environmentsValid U.S. driver’s licenseMust have U.S. Permanent Residency or CitizenshipWhat We Value at Nusens
