Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory settingPerform patient assessments, vital signs, and intake documentationAdminister medications, injections, and treatments per provider ordersAssist with procedures, exams, and patient flowEducate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow‐up careCoordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staffSupport referrals, care planning, and discharge instructionsMaintain patient safety, infection control, and clinic protocolsDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical recordWhat We’re Looking For
Active RN license in the state of practiceMinimum of 1 year of recent outpatient, clinic, ambulatory, or acute care RN experience requiredBLS certification requiredStrong assessment and patient‐education skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple patients efficiently in a clinic environmentTeam‐oriented, patient‐centered approach to careWhy You’ll Love This Opportunity
