This position is responsible for driving sales growth and supporting marketing initiatives within the healthcare sector. The Sales Representative will cultivate new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategy
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Track and report on key sales performance metrics
Schedule and Shift Details
Full-time schedule with flexibility as needed to support business operations
Travel
Ability to attend meetings, events, or client visits as required
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher preferred
1 2 years of experience required; 3+ years of healthcare marketing management preferred
Ability to engage professionally with customers and community partners
Knowledge of corporate business management
Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
Demonstrates organization, autonomy, assertiveness, and flexibility
