    Position Overview:

    Nulixir is looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead Nulixir’s in-house packaging manufacturing operations within our bottling department.

    Position Location:

    This position will be IN-PERSON at our HQ facilities located in the Austin, TX Metropolitan Area.

    In this critically important role, you will be responsible for:

    - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Nulixir’s only in-house beverage bottling line operations; including developing a daily production plan and ensuring daily operations goals are realized

    - Manage a growing team of Production Operators (10-15)

    - Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained

    - Train and supervise line workers to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment

    - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency

    - Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments

    - Maintain accurate production records and reports

    - Ensure a healthy and safe manufacturing environment for all employees in compliance with federal and state regulations

    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products

    Relevant Job Experiences, Skills, and Key requirements for this role:

    Leadership: 2 years (required)Bottling or Canning Line Operations: 1 year (required)Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred)Previous experience in a supervisor/ lead role, preferably in the food/beverage industryPrevious experience in operating/ leading a bottling/ canning lineFamiliarity with food safety regulations and practicesAbility to fabricate, sanitize, and package products according to specificationsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team

    Pay Range:

    Position Overview:

    Position Location:

    This position will be based at our HQ facilities located in the Austin, TX Metropolitan Area.
