Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical and functional support for IBM Maximo Asset Management (v7.6 or higher) and Maximo Application Suite (MAS Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, configuration, and integration issues. Configure and customize Maximo modules using Automation Scripts, MBO Customizations, andMaximo Integration Framework (MIF Design, develop, and optimize workflows to support business processes. Create, modify, and maintain BIRT reports and SQL queries for data analysis and decision support. Support Maximo Mobile applications, ensuring compatibility with enterprise devices. Develop and maintain integrations between Maximo, SAP, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams to align business and system requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, configuration guides, and training materials. Coordinate with offshore teams and Abbotts internal SAP support team for integration-related tasks. Primary Skills IBM Maximo Asset Management (v7.6 or higher) Maximo Mobile and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Automation Scripts and MBO Customization Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) BIRT Reporting and SQL Query Development Workflow Design and Optimization Windows Server Administration (2022) Microsoft SQL Server (for Maximo database components) Secondary Skills SAP Integration (especially in Manufacturing and Finance domains) Incident and Problem Management using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar) CMDB and Queue Group Configuration Strong communication and stakeholder management Documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Maximo support roles, preferably within aregulated industry.
