Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities:Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planningDevelop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategiesHandle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning mattersCounsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisionsDraft estate planning documents and related planning toolsAssist clients with trust administration and probate mattersCollaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client serviceMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and educationParticipate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing to practice law in IndianaMinimum of three years of Medicaid planning experience preferredElder law and estate planning experience strongly preferredStrong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and client relationship skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentOrganized, compassionate, and client-focused approach to serviceCommitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning
