In this leadership role, you will oversee daily lab activities, guide the color matching team, and ensure that all products meet or exceed quality expectations for the window and door coatings market. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, drive process improvements, and uphold Nucoat’s commitment to precision and consistency. Key Responsibilities Leadership additional technical education preferred. Prior experience in a coatings lab or color-matching environment required. Demonstrated leadership experience in a lab or production setting. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
