    Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:

    Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules.Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.Managing budgets, records, and contracts.Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.Conducting performance reviews with the front desk staff.Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager.Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year

    Responsibilities:
    Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation for treatments.Oversee the sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.Train and mentor junior dental assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk as needed.Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the patient experience.Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental assisting role.Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.Current CPR and First Aid certifications.Positive attitude and a passion for providing quality patient care.About Us:
