Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology-related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role, ideally within a high-growth or research-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working on large, complex datasets. Demonstrated experience defining and operationalizing system performance, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics from the ground up. Proven track record of building complex datasets and analytical models that influence technical and strategic decisions. Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, experimental design, and quantitative analysis. Strong proficiency in Python (preferred), with additional capability in SQL and R. Experience working with large datasets. Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, explainable, auditable insights for executive audiences. Advanced Excel skills for business analysis and modeling. Seasoned experience in business-requirements gathering, use-case definition, and process mapping. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. Competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $118,300 - $169,000. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
