OUTSIDE PLANT (OSP) TECHNICIAN
The primary responsibilities of the OSP Technician is to support the installation, termination, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cabling in outside plant environments. Knowledge and adherence to best practices for installing fiber optic cables through various forms of conveyance is a must. Technicians should also be proficient with handling multiple types of enclosures for housing fiber optic cabling in both outside plant and inside plant environments. OSP Technicians must maintain a safe and controlled environment while working in and around confined spaces, on the Right of Way, and in various assigned work sites. The Senior Project Superintendent provides advanced leadership and strategic oversight for large-scale and multi-site data center construction projects within the Data Center Services business unit.
