Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in HR project management, with demonstrated experience delivering M&A integrations and/or divestitures and higher complexity HR projects. * Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change management efforts, including designing and executing change strategies. * Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. * Experience working in a large, complex, and matrixed environment, preferably within a Fortune 500 or global organization. * Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar). * Previous experience working in HR Shared Services, Business Partner, Talent Management, Total Rewards, or other HR functions. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
