    Responsibilities

    Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparation Draft, prepare, and file legal documents Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and document production Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines Assist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel Organize exhibits, pleadings, and case files

    Qualifications

    Required

    Prior Litigation Paralegal experience Experience in insurance defense or construction litigation preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail Stable work history with interest in long-term growth

    Transactional Associate Attorney – Corporate Law

    Position Overview

    A boutique law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with approximately 3+ years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and interested in growing with a dynamic and expanding legal practice.

    Responsibilities

    Draft and review contracts, agreements, and transactional documents Assist clients with corporate structuring and business matters Handle commercial transactions and related legal documentation Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal guidance Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas as needed Maintain strong client communication and organization of matters

    Qualifications

    Required
