Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing & Communication to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies and cross-channel campaign management.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Marketing Strategy & Ownership
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies focused on student recruitment and enrollment growthOwn and optimize the enrollment funnel (awareness inquiry tour application enrollment)Partner with admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment targetsMarketing Strategy & Ownership
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goalsOwn key growth metrics including customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROIDevelop and manage the overall online marketing roadmap and campaign calendarCampaign Management & Optimization
Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic platforms (e.g., social media, online advertising, content marketing)Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize efficiency and return on investmentImplement A/B testing and performance optimization strategiesData-Driven Decision Making
Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable strategiesEstablish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track successProvide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadershipTeam Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 12 years in a leadership or managerial roleExperience in private school, K-12 education, or enrollment marketing strongly preferredProven track record of driving growth through digital marketing strategiesStrong expertise in paid media, social media, and multi-channel campaign managementAdvanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboardsExperience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spendExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
